Shane Long is a seasoned apparel commercialization leader with over 12 years of experience driving product development from concept to market across premium brands.

With an Associate's degree in Product Design and a minor in Fine Arts, Shane has leveraged his creative foundation to develop innovative technical apparel solutions throughout his career.

During his tenure at HAVEN, Shane had the privilege of designing and developing multiple seasons of upscale products utilizing world-class materials and construction techniques. His work included collaborative projects with global brands such as Adidas, Asics, Vans, Converse, and Nike, which helped him build an extensive industry network and a deep understanding of premium product creation.

Recognizing an opportunity to make premium technical apparel more accessible, Shane founded ADAPTURE. At ADAPTURE, he applies his expertise to create inclusive products without compromising on materials or craftsmanship. His approach combines technical knowledge with market intelligence to anticipate trends and develop forward-thinking product strategies.

Over the past five years, Shane has expanded his expertise through international collaborations, working closely with Hazard Hunters and Skechers China. These experiences have enriched his global perspective on product development, supply chain management, and market trends, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.

Shane's strength lies in building high-performing teams, optimizing production processes, and managing global supply chains while maintaining design integrity. He excels at balancing quality, cost, and efficiency across the product development lifecycle.
